Who We Are
BRANCH was born out of Barrow County’s collective response to the tragic shooting at Apalachee High School- a moment that reminded us how deeply healing is needed when crisis strikes close to home. What started as urgent care for one community has grown into a long-term space of restoration and hope for all.
We are a community-rooted hub created to walk alongside individuals and families facing the aftermath of trauma, crisis, and loss. Whether you're seeking support, guidance, or simply a space to begin again, you belong here.

Mission of Branch
The mission of BRANCH is to provide a centralized, long-term response and recovery center that meets the mental, emotional, and practical needs of individuals and families impacted by trauma in Barrow County and surrounding areas.
Established in the wake of the Apalachee High School tragedy, BRANCH exists as a living response to crisis- a place where brokenness is met with compassion, and recovery is not rushed, but nurtured. We are committed to walking alongside those affected by trauma, offering clear pathways forward and a safe space to heal.

Professional Counseling & Therapy
Access to licensed counselors and therapists trained in trauma and grief.
